Plate Profiling Subsystem (PPS)
The Jodon PPS is an optional add-on for the Jodon CPS-2000. This add-on utilizes the same pair of lasers used in the CPS-2000 to measure plate-type components.
The fixture for this system is placed in the exact place that the fixture for the CPS-2000 is placed. Switching between these fixtures is incredibly simple and easy.
Beads, cups, rails and diagonal beads can all be measured with this subsystem. Depths, thicknesses, contact length, flatness and parallelism of features and flat surfaces are all measurable.
